SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING BASED ON PARTICIPATION OF PARTNERSHIP NETWORK FOR COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT

The essence of social entrepreneurship involves nonprofit business activities, business activities for social purposes, and combination of both, but for social purposes. This study analyzes social entrepreneurship training, participation of partnership network, and community empowerment. This study is discussed by using a comparative theory analysis method from various literary sources. Analysis is conducted to find conclusions that can be justified scientifically. The results of the study concluded that social entrepreneurship training is a learning process aimed at improving the knowledge, skills and formation of social entrepreneurship attitude of society. The background of the concept of partnership can be seen in the context of the social development which tends to provide excellent service. Through the participation of partnerships, the fulfillment of resources both to meet the quantity and quality of community entrepreneurship program can be optimized. Essentially, community empowerment serves as a stimulus to the emergence of the spirit or encouragement in human beings to empower, control, and develop themselves based on their potential. These capabilities include aspects cognitive; those are knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation; affective which includes changes related to interests, attitudes, values, rewards and adjustments; and skills that include productive skills, technical skills, physical skills, social skills, managerial skills, and intellectual skills.
